Our technical personnel are available from 8.00am to 7.00pm, from Monday to Friday to respond to client’s work-calls. The operations will consist of repairs in the following work areas:

  • Electrical – sockets, switches, fans & lighting fittings.

  • Refrigeration and air conditioning – refrigerators, deep freezers, air conditioners, gas   burners.

  • Ironmongery – window & door fittings, locks, bolts, hinges, nails & screws.

  • Plumbing – sanitary appliances such as water closets, wash basins, baths, showers, sinks as well as taps.

We hope to increase our services to include other aspects of building facilities/appliances maintenance and repairs.

The provision of on call direct-to-home repair of fittings and appliances to individual residential buildings and corporate organizaions by a corperate firm, is still absent in Abuja unlike other major cities across the world.

For our corporate clients, Agon Workman will make day to day repairs as requested and perform routine maintenance on your appliances, equipment and fittings at designated locations as shall be stated in the terms of the contract. We will ensure that all routine repair work is completed within (3) working days from the date of receipt of service request/work order while emergency work must be resolved within 24 hours.  In addition, we will prepare schedule for and perform monthly preventive maintenance for all equipment and appliances at all locations covered by the terms of the contract. Our service to corporate organizations span from wall to wall as described below:

Emergency Repairs such as electrical short circuit(s) and power failure(s); damaged electrical and sanitary fixtures that pose an immediate danger or health hazard; damaged security light fixtures and replacement of security bulbs; major plumbing problems i.e. burst pipes, leaking hot water, no water, etc; and any other emergency specified and authorized by you as covered by the terms of the contract.

Ancillary Services such as liaison with the Power Holding Company of Nigeria and FCT Water Board in order to resolve all maintenance problems relating to provisions of services and facilities to offices and residences. In the Corporate Package, we also make ready and refurbish residences for occupancy as and when needed and as required by you and stated in the terms of the contract. “Make ready” means to bring a house to professional standards prior to occupancy. This work is to include but not be limited to the installation of air conditioners, fridge, freezer, washer, water distiller(s).
