Our F.F.P plan is based on monthly rates for each considered “unit” – office complex, residences. Our rates are very reasonable, which means that we are able to allocate more effort to you in order to deliver excellent and efficient services.
 
On-the-Spot PDF Print
With the On-the-Spot plan, you will only pay for an on-the-spot assessment of faults and, where applicable, repairs. After assessing and evaluating the fault(s) and cost of repairs or replacement of materials (as applicable), Agon Workman will provide you with a Proforma Invoice including work details. Because pricing is not an exact science, it will include a price that will be “No More Than” but could be “As Low As”. If the price is acceptable, payment approved and released, we will carry out the replacement and repairs without delay.

Agon Workman will make day to day repairs as requested and perform routine maintenance on your appliances, equipment and fittings at designated locations as shall be stated in the terms of the contract. We will ensure that all routine repair work is completed within (3) working days from the date of receipt of service request/work order while emergency work must be resolved within 24 hours.  In addition, we will prepare schedule for and perform monthly preventive maintenance for all equipment and appliances at all locations covered by the terms of the contract. Our service to corporate organizations span from wall to wall as described below:

Emergency Repairs such as electrical short circuit(s) and power failure(s); damaged electrical and sanitary fixtures that pose an immediate danger or health hazard; damaged security light fixtures and replacement of security bulbs; major plumbing problems i.e. burst pipes, leaking hot water, no water, etc; and any other emergency specified and authorized by you as covered by the terms of the contract.

Ancillary Services such as liaison with the Power Holding Company of Nigeria and FCT Water Board in order to resolve all maintenance problems relating to provisions of services and facilities to offices and residences. In the Corporate Package, we also make ready and refurbish residences for occupancy as and when needed and as required by you and stated in the terms of the contract. “Make ready” means to bring a house to professional standards prior to occupancy. This work is to include but not be limited to the installation of air conditioners, fridge, freezer, washer, water distiller(s).

Equipment, Materials and Supplies
All equipment required for the work to be undertaken shall be provided by Agon Workman. We will provide all small supplies, materials, office maintenance consumables/replacement parts having retail unit price of N5,000 or less. Cost of small supplies, materials, office maintenance consumables/replacement parts is not to be included in the price schedule we will submit. However, we will carry adequate inventory of small supplies, materials, office maintenance consumables/replacement parts needed to provide effective facilities maintenance support service at all times. In addition, consistent with 24/7 required service, we will carry common spare parts priced over N5,000 per unit which may be needed for emergency repairs/maintenance service or when routine maintenance falls outside regular business hours based on the understanding that you will reimburse us for the required replacement parts costing over N5,000 per unit separately.
